Mango Jam
Ingredients


4 cups grated raw mango-peel and then grate
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup water

Directions
Grind grated raw mango with sugar and water in to a fine paste.
Pressure cook the ground raw mango paste with vanilla essence for 7 mins or upto 2 whistle.
Let it cool.( Can be stored like other jams). Serve with Idli,Biryani etc.
