Kaju Chikki
Ingredients


1 cup Kaju
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Elaichi Powder
1 tsp Ghee


Directions
Dry roast kaju for 3-4 min.Then cut them half.
In a kadai,add sugar.Keep on low flame.
When sugar is completely dissolved,add kaju & elaichi powder,stir it and it will become thick and very sticky.
Immediately switch off the gas.Stir for 2-3 min.
Grease ghee on the kitchen platform.
Pour this cashew on the greased platform and spread it with palm(apply ghee in palm.
Then with rolling pin spread it equally to all sides.
Cut one side standing line and flip it and turn it to other side and cut in sleeping line.
Immediately take out the pieces and can store in air tight container.
It will be very crispy
