Bhindi Dry (Lady finger)
Ingredients:

½ kg. bhindi
2 onions
2 tbsp veg. oil
½ tsp. chilly powder
Salt as per taste.

Method:

Wash the bhindi and trim the ends.  Pat dry all the bhindis and thinly slice them. Finely chop the onions.  Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a non stick pan .  Add the onions and bhindis and sauté them on slow fire till tender.  Add salt and chilly powder.  Mix well and serve hot with roti.
