Graphic designer - sublimation specialist (football jerseys)

Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality sublimation artwork for sportswear, mainly football jerseys.
• Work with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop to create professional and production-ready designs.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate file preparation and color standards.
• Follow the latest design trends in sportswear and contribute fresh, modern concepts.
• Prepare and finalize print files for sublimation with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and CorelDRAW.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sublimation design, specifically for clothing.
• Strong portfolio with focus on football or team jerseys.
• Ability to work independently and meet design deadlines.
• Male candidates only (as per job accommodation requirements in UAE).
• Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
