Dear All.

Now a Days Increase of House Rent in Saudi Arabia as they wish (Owner / Real Estate Office.)

I am feel this will creating Real Estate Office, because they are looking for Service Charge for ALL Time.

If One Guy leave the house, Real Estate Office will get a chance to earn money thru new Guy..

Yes i agree with you many of the house owners and real estate people are generating money from us (Expatriates) actually the problem is the locations where we live all indian in one location they take this chance to make the money from us, if we live other than our citizens location then the rent is normal

yes you are right now they made it a very big business . making houses and giving them on rent even more houses rent increase every time.
