Yes, Indians are facing discrimination issues in abroad. As our people are committed with their job than other nationalities, we do the assigned jobs although underpaid. We can't expect the same from other. This is my personal experience.

Yes, This is a common practise. You are educated but have a low salary while the other national does not have the required qualification but get double the salary.
