I know some cases where Indian Embassy made exceptions. You should contact the second Secy in IE and explain your situation and I am sure, they would help you if you have justifying reasons for renewing passport here. In normal practice, it is not possible to renew passport if you are on visit visa. Also if the passport is issued in India, it might be difficult to renew here. |
